Syrah

Blue grape. Known as syrah in the old wine countries, in Europe - and as shiraz, in the new wine countries. The grape is the same, but the taste is different. Syrah is the elegant, which is against the lean, spicy, elegant. Raspberries, plums, currants and spices. Shiraz is the full-bodied. A much fuller experience, with more of everything. Saturated colour, with raspberry, pepper and earth.
