Nebbiolo

Blue grape. Native to the Piedmont region, in northwestern Italy. The result ranges widely, from very good wines to very disappointing wines. Acidity, fruit and lots of tannin are the hallmarks of Nebbiolo wines. The taste is complex, complex and with many nuances. Tar, cherry, olive and rosemary are among the impressions that hit the nose.
