Waitaki Valley

The Waitaki Valley is a wine region in New Zealand in Oceania. New Zealand has its own rules on wine production and perhaps even special legislation. It may also be that in areas such as the Waitaki Valley, you traditionally use some very special grapes or are known for a special climate and good soil conditions.
