Anjar is a wine region in Lebanon in the Middle East located in the Bekaa Valley region. Lebanon has its own rules on wine production and perhaps even special legislation. It may also be that in areas such as Anjar traditionally use some very special grapes or are known for a special climate and good soil conditions.
