Autonomous Republic of Sevastopol is a wine region of Ukraine in Europe. Ukraine has its own rules on wine production and perhaps even special legislation. It may also be that in areas such as the Autonomous Republic of Sevastopol traditionally use some very special grapes or are known for a special climate and good soil conditions.
