Central Valley

The Central Valley is a wine region in the United States of North America located in the region of California. The USA has its own rules on wine production and perhaps even special legislation. It could also be that in areas such as the Central Valley, you traditionally use some very special grapes or are known for a special climate and good soil conditions.
