Chincha valley

Chincha valley is a wine region in Peru in South America located in the Ica Region. Peru has its own rules on wine production and perhaps even special legislation. It may also be that in areas such as the Chincha valley, traditionally, some very special grapes are used or are known for a special climate and good soil conditions.
