Tarija Department

The Tarija Department is a wine region in Bolivia in South America. Bolivia has its own rules on wine production and perhaps even special legislation. It may also be that in areas such as the Tarija Department, you traditionally use some very special grapes or are known for a special climate and good soil conditions.
